10. WORKING GROUP MINUTES
To note that no minutes have been received.
11. OUTSIDE GROUPS WITH PC REPRESENTATION
[a] To note that no minutes have been received.
12. ACCOUNTS
[a] To approve the accounts for payment for the months of September and October 2022.
[b] To receive the expenditure summary print outs for September and October 2022.
[c] To note the September and October Monthly Summary of Accounts and Pie Chart for the website.
[d] To consider setting the Precept for 2023/2024 at £270,000.
[e] To note the National Joint Council for Local Government Services have agreed:
[i] A pay increase of £1,925 for all NJC pay points 1 and above with effect from 1st April 2022
[ii] With effect from 1st April 2023 an increase of one day to all employee’s annual leave entitlement.

14. CASUAL VACANCIES
[a] To note that the offer of Co-Option has been declined.
[b] To consider the Options available:
[i] Following the Election six month rule to not fill the vacancy
[ii] To re-advertise the Co-Option [with the previous candidates to also be considered if they wished]
15. HALING DENE CENTRE
[a] To consider recinding the decision made at the Haling Dene Management Meeting to not increase the room hire costs for the financial year 2023-2024.
[b] If the above is approved to consider the increase of Room Hire Charges for the coming financial year.
[c] To consider if the Council wish to provide a room at the Haling Dene Centre as a ‘Warm Room’ during the Winter months and if so to consider the detail of provision.
16. NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN
[a] To receive an update on the above from Council representatives.
17. SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE PARISH SUMMIT
[a] To receive a verbal update following the above held on 20th October.
18. SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE COUNCIL LOCAL PLAN
[a] Councillors to review and consider if they wished to submit ay comments for the Local Plan Public Consultation and there will be an Agenda item on the 8th December agenda to discuss the Council’s submission.
[b] To note that South Staffordshire Council will hold a Public consultation at the Haling Dene Centre on Monday 14th November between 10.00 am and 7.00 pm.
