To receive the Twinning Association AGM minutes dated 30th November 2018.

11. ACCOUNTS
[a] To approve the accounts for payment for the month of January 2019.
[b] To approve the expenditure summary print outs for January 2019.
12. PENKRIDGE LIBRARY
[a] To receive and consider a letter dated 16th January from Staffordshire County Council’s
Commissioner for Culture, Communities and Rural offering the Parish Council the contract to
manage and deliver Penkridge Library.
13. WEST MIDLAND INTERCHANGE
[a] To receive an email dated 23rd January from the National Planning Inspectorate in relation ot the
above [Emailed to all Councillors on 23rd January].
[b] To consider if the Parish wish to appoint a representative to attend the Preliminary meeting at the
Haywood Suite, Molineux Stadium on Wednesday 27th February.
[c] To consider if the Parish wish their Representative to raise any points at Hearing in relation to the
specific agenda headers.
[d] To consider points raised at the meeting held on 7th February with representatives from the ‘Snub
the Hub’ Group.
14. FOLLOW UP ITEMS FROM THE JANUARY FULL COUNCIL AGENDA
South Staffordshire Council – Mill Street Car Park
[a] To receive an email dated 18th December 2018 from the Street Scene Services with regard to the
lease of the above.
Crossing Patrol Warden
[b] To note that Staffordshire County Council will continue to fund the above.
15. TEDDESLEY ROAD OPEN SPACE
To receive an email with regard to Park Pockets and Public Spaces and to note the grant deadline
was 25th January.
16. GRANT APPLICATION
To receive and consider a grant application from Gailey Hub Limited for £1,000 towards the cost of
their legal representative.
17. DATE AND TIME OF NEXT MEETING
Thursday 14th March 2019 at 7.30 pm.
18. Local Government Act 1972 – Exclusion of Press and Public – to resolve that the Press and Public be
excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items of business on the grounds
that they are likely to involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined in the appropriate
paragraph(s) Section 1[2] Public Bodies/Admission to meetings Act 1960.
