5. WELCOME NEW ELECTED COUNCILLOR
The Chairman to welcome the new Co-Opted Councillor, Cllr Ron Kenyon, and present his badge.

[a] To approve the minutes of the Full Council meeting of the 12th January 2023.

12. OUTSIDE GROUPS WITH PC REPRESENTATION
[a] To receive the minutes from the Peace Memorial Hall meeting for 16th November 2022
[b] To receive the minutes from the Penkridge Sports and Recreation Centre [Monckton] meetings of 17th October and 21st November 2022.
13. ACCOUNTS
[a] To approve the accounts for payment for the month of January 2023.
[b] To receive the expenditure summary print outs for January 2023.
[c] To note the January Monthly Summary of Accounts and Pie Chart for the website.
[d] To note there has been a spend of £282.03 for advertisement/publication documentation for the first Public Workshops for the Neighbourhood Plan Working Group.
14. FULL COUNCIL DATE CHANGE
To consider changing the Full Council date from 11th May to 18th May following the Election and Kings Coronation the Parish Count will not be undertaken until Monday 8th or Tuesday 9th May.
15. COUNCILLOR RESIGNATION
[a] To note that Cllr Calvert Stonehouse has submitted his resignation to the Chairman with effect from 1st February 2023.
[b] South Staffordshire Council have been advised of the vacancy, but this will not be advertised due to the Elections in May 2023.
16. NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN
[a] To receive an update on the above from Council representatives.
[b] To receive an invitation to all Parish Councillors to attend the Neighbourhood Plan Pubic Workshops on Saturday 11th February 9.00 am – 12 noon and Saturday 4th March 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm.
17. KINGS CORONATION
[a] To receive an update for the above.
[b] To receive and consider a quotation to purchase commemoration mugs for First School children.
18. SUPPORT STAFFORDSHIRE
[a] To consider inviting the Support Staffordshire Locality Officer to speak to Council with regard to
holding an exhibition of the volunteer organisations and charities that exist in the neighbourhood, following Cllr Eastwood’s Notice of Motion considered at the January meeting.
19. DATE AND TIME OF NEXT MEETING
Thursday 9th March 2023 at 7.30 pm.
20. Local Government Act 1972 – Exclusion of Press and Public – to resolve that the Press and Public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items of business on the grounds that they are likely to involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined in the appropriate paragraph(s) Section 1[2] Public Bodies/Admission to meetings Act 1960.

Standing Orders – Public Participation
7.3
[a] For a period of no longer than 15 minutes at the commencement of the meeting to receive comments from the general public present at the meeting, concerning relevant items or business of the Council. No person may speak for more than 2 minutes at the discretion of the Chairman.
33.5 The public are permitted to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item.
33.6 The period of time which is designated for public participation in accordance with standing order above shall not exceed 15 minutes.
33.7 Each member of the public is entitled to speak once only in respect of business itemised on the agenda.
33.8 A question asked by a member of the public during a public participation session at a meeting shall not require a response or debate.
