3942. APOLOGIES
Apologies were received from Cllrs Ms Gail Balance, Mrs Isabel Ford and Victor Kelly.
3943. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
There were no declarations of interest.
3944. DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTEREST (DPI)
There had been no DPI requests received.
3945. Local Government Act 1972 – Exclusion of Press and Public – to resolve that the Press and Public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items of business on the grounds that they are likely to involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined in the appropriate paragraph(s) Section 1[2] Public Bodies/Admission to meetings Act 1960.

3946. LIBRARY
[a] A reply was received from Staffordshire County Council’s Property Services in relation to the Parish Council’s question raised at the 11th July Full Council meeting – that SCC be asked to cover the Utility Costs for the five year period with no additional cost to the Parish Council.
[b] The below documents were received and approval given that the Chairman sign the documents:
[i] Contract Agreement
[ii] Lease Agreement
Councillors agreed unanimously that the Chairman sign the SCC Contract Agreement and Lease Agreement for Penkridge Library.
Resolved that the Chairman sign the SCC Contract Agreement and Lease Agreement for Penkridge Library on behalf of the Parish Council.
Cllr Smallwood entered the meeting at 10.10 am.
