  1. MINUTES

[a]     To approve the minutes of the meeting of 23rd May 2024 and to consider matters arising therefrom.

[b]    To receive the Follow Up Sheet from May 2024.

 

  1. INCOME/EXPENDITURE

[a]    To receive the Haling Dene Management printouts for the year to date.

[b]    To receive the Functions/Bookings list for the year to date.

 

  1. HALING DENE CENTRE

[a]    To receive and consider a quotations to change the corridor door in the West Wing to a solid door with vision panel and lever lock key operated from both sides.

[b]    To receive and consider details to change the Council’s van.

[c]     To receive the Chairman’s update on the Haling Dene Room user for the previous 6 months.

 

  1. 2025-2026 SUGGESTIED PROJECTS

[a]    To receive the above to be considered at the October meeting.
