I write to invite you to attend a meeting of the Haling Dene Management Committee to be held on Thursday 23rd January 2025 at 7.00 pm in Room 16 at the Haling Dene Centre.

Part I – Public Session

Members of the Council and Public in attendance to declare if they are video/audio recording the meeting.

1. APOLOGIES

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

3 DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTEREST (DPI)

4. MINUTES
[a] To approve the minutes of the meeting of 24th October 2024 and to consider matters arising therefrom.
[b] To receive the Follow Up Sheet from October 2024.

5. INCOME/EXPENDITURE
[a] To note the Haling Dene Management printouts for the year to date will be included on the February Full Council agenda.
[b] To receive the Functions/Bookings list for the year to date.

6. HALING DENE CENTRE
[a] To receive and consider a quotation from TJB Properties to undertake investigation work and repair works for the down pipe outside the Fire Door in room 16 at a cost of £800.
[b] To receive the Tree Survey undertaken by Braemar Arboriculture [sent by email].

7. GRASS CUTTING AND HORTICULTURAL CONTRACTS
[a] To receive and consider the quotations received to undertake the above for a three-year Contract with the option to extend for an addition two years which will commence on 1st April 2025.
To note the above will be considered by both the Haling Dene Management and Recreation and Amenities Committees as it covers both Committee budgets
