[a]    To note South Staffordshire Council Councillors Mrs Helen Adams, Sam Harper-Wallis and Victor Kelly declare a Non-Pecuniary Interest and will not speak or vote on Planning Applications.

[a]     To approve the minutes of the Planning Meeting of 8th May 2025.

 

  1. DECISIONS

[a]    To receive planning decisions to date.

[b]     To receive an Appeal Decision dated 15th May for Tudor House, Stafford Road, for a detached oak frame garage and car port and to note the Appeal has been dismissed.

 

  1. PLANNING ENFORCEMENT NOTIFICATIONS

[a]     To note here have been no Enforcement Cases for Penkridge received.
