  1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

[a]    To note South Staffordshire Council Councillors Mrs Helen Adams, Sam Harper-Wallis and Victor Kelly declare a Non-Pecuniary Interest and will not speak or vote on Planning Applications.

 

  1. MINUTES

[a]     To approve the minutes of the Planning Meeting of 11th July 2024.

[b]     To approve the August Planning Submission.

 

  1. DECISIONS

[a]    To receive planning decisions to date.

[b]     To receive an appeal notice for Land on the southwest side of the Levedale Road for a proposed battery energy storage facility and substation with new access and associated fencing and landscaping.  The hearing will be held on Tuesday 22nd October at 10.00 am at the Council Offices.

[c]     To receive an Appeal Decision from the Planning Inspectorate for Land South of New Acre Stables, Wolverhampton Road, ref APP/C3430/C/24/3337033.  To note the Appeal has been dismissed and the Enforcement Notice is upheld and planning permission refused.

 

  1. PLANNING ENFORCEMENT NOTIFICATIONS

[a]     To note here have been no Enforcement Cases for Penkridge received.
