1. APOLOGIES

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
[a] To note South Staffordshire Council Councillors Mrs Helen Adams, Sam Harper-Wallis and Victor Kelly declare a Non-Pecuniary Interest and will not speak or vote on Planning Applications.

3. MINUTES
[a] To approve the minutes of the Planning Meeting of 9th January 2025.

4. DECISIONS
[a] To receive planning decisions to date.
[b] To receive an Appeal Notice to the Secretary of State against a decision notice issued by South Staffordshire Council for 1 Filance Lane to erect a dormer bungalow and to note that any representations should be received by 11th February 2025.
[c] To receive an email dated 23rd January from Staffordshire County Council advising that following an application to delete Byway Open to All Traffic along Gravelly Way has been approved by the Panel.

5. PLANNING ENFORCEMENT NOTIFICATIONS
[a] To note here have been no Enforcement Cases for Penkridge received.
