6674. APOLOGIES
Apologies were received from Cllrs Andrew Lenz and Mrs Vivienne Smith.
6675. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
[a] It was noted that South Staffordshire Council Councillors Mrs Helen Adams, Sam Harper-Wallis and Victor Kelly declared a Non-Pecuniary Interest and would not speak or vote on Planning Applications.
6676. MINUTES
Resolved that the minutes be approved for:
[a] Planning meeting of 13th March 2025.
6677. MATTERS ARISING
There were no Matters Arising from the minutes.

[a] The decisions received were noted.
[b] A Planning Inspector’s decision was received for Land at Whiton for an unauthorized material change of use of Land to a mixed use for agriculture and a residential Gypsy Traveller Caravan site. It was noted the appeal was dismissed and the enforcement notice is upheld.
