6393. MINUTES
Resolved that the minutes be approved for the Planning meeting of 10th February 2022.
6394. MATTERS ARISING
Approval of Reserved Matters Plan Application 21/00977/REM – Land North West of Stafford Road Penkridge – Reserved Matters Application for access, layout, scale, appearance and landscape details comprising 24 dwellings.
Resolved that a letter be sent to SSC Planning, in relation to the above asking why the hedge had been removed in March during the nesting season when work should not be undertaken which might harm nesting birds or destroy their nests, which the main nesting and breeding season is from 1 March to 31 August. Also, can South Staffordshire Council guarantee that the applicant complied with the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 and the Wildlife d Countryside Act 1981 with regard to the protected species on that piece of land.
