6217.SOUTH STAFFODSHIRE COUNCIL
A Notice of an Appeal [Ref APP/C3430/W/19/3224962] was received for the Land Off Cherrybrook Drive for outline planning application for the erection of up to 80 dwellings with associated vehicular access and other enabling works [Plan App Ref 18/00307/OUT.
Resolved that Council send a letter to the Planning Inspectorate re-iterating their comments together with a note advising that the appeal is a premature inclusion for the SSC Site Allocation Document.
