Apologies were received from Cllrs Mrs Helen Adams, Andrew Adams, Sam Harper-Wallis and Andrew Lenz.
6640. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
[a] It was noted that South Staffordshire Council Councillors Mrs Helen Adams, Sam Harper-Wallis and Victor Kelly declared a Non-Pecuniary Interest and would not speak or vote on Planning Applications.
6641. MINUTES
Resolved that the minutes be approved for:
[a] Planning meeting of 14th November 2024.
Cllr Poston said he thought they Council had agreed comments to be recorded against application number 68 – 24/00828/FUL 1 Hatherton Road. The PA said she would listen to the recording for that meeting.

There were no Matters Arising from the minutes.

[a] The decisions received were noted.
[b] An Appeal Decision was received for construction and operation of a battery energy storage facility at land off Levedale Road [Plan App 23/00145/FUL] and it was noted the appeal had been allowed.
[c] An Appeal Decision was received for the erection of 2 storey block of four 1 bed flats with separate bin and recycle store at Clay Street [Plan Ref 23/00606/FUL] and it was noted the appeal had been dismissed.
