6664. APOLOGIES
Apologies were received from Cllrs Christopher Manton, Alan Smallwood and Ms Jayne Taylor.
6665. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
[a] It was noted that South Staffordshire Council Councillors Mrs Helen Adams, Sam Harper-Wallis and Victor Kelly declared a Non-Pecuniary Interest and would not speak or vote on Planning Applications.
6666. MINUTES
Resolved that the minutes be approved for:
[a] Planning meeting of 13th January 2025.
6667. MATTERS ARISING
There were no Matters Arising from the minutes.
6668. DECISIONS
[a] The decisions received were noted.
[b] The Planning Inspector’s decision was received for Land at Whiston for an unauthorized material change of use of Land to a mixed use for agriculture and a residential Gypsy Traveller Caravan site. It was noted the appeal was dismissed and the enforcement notice is upheld.

6671. PAYPHONE REMOVAL
[a] An email was received from South Staffordshire Council dated 19th February which advised that BT wished to remove the public telephone box on Crown Bridge.
6672. SSLP INSPECTOR’S REPORT 1995
[a] An email was received dated 4th March from South Staffordshire Council’s Strategic Planning with regard to the Safeguarding of Cherrybrook Open Space together with the Inspector’s Report [emailed to Councillors].
