Object
Councillors have serious concerns over the lack of provision for car parking spaces for residents and
visitors. The addition of a second floor to the existing building and the effect it will have on the street
scene and adjacent properties.
The plans show provision for nine refuse bins when there is a requirement for a minimum of 18 bins (1 x
general household waste and 1 x recycling) for each flat / apartment.
Also space for the provision of commercial bins for the Coffee Shop / Wine Bar.
