6455. MINUTES
Resolved that the minutes be approved for:
[a] Planning meeting of 10th November 2022.
6456. MATTERS ARISING
There were no Matters Arising from the minutes.
6457. DECISIONS
[a] The decisions received were noted.
[b] An Appeal Decision was received for Mitton Manor appeal ref APP/C3430/W/22/3299104 for a proposed
replacement of swimming pool marquee with single storey structure with changing facilities and
garden/pool room and it was noted the appeal had been dismissed.
[c] An Appeal Notice was received for plan application 21/01333/FUL at The Hayloft, Fairfield Lane, Otherton
for the erection of a detached single storey dwelling with detached garage and it was noted the closing
date for comments is 14th December.
