4. MINUTES
[a] To approve the minutes of the meeting of 28th July 2022 and to consider matters arising therefrom.
[b] To receive the Follow Up Sheets from the July meeting.
5. INCOME/EXPENDITURE
[a] To receive the Recreation and Amenities printouts for the year to date.
[b] To receive the Burial Ground printouts for the year to date.
6. COMMITTEE BUDGET 2022/2023

[a] To note the item of improvement/project for the 2023/2024 financial year will be the Play Areas.

7. PLAY AREAS
[a] To receive an update from the PA for Heron Play Area following a meeting with South Staffordshire Council Officers on 29th June.
[b] To approve the PA’s action in conjunction with the Chair and Vice Chair of council and Chair and Vice Chair of the Recreation and Amenities Committee to purchase new chains, fixings, Junior and Cradle Swing Seats for the Horsefair Play re at a cost of £1, 563 plus VAT.
[c] To receive and consider a costing for a mobile camera which can be moved around the pen spaces in the Village.
8. ALLOTMENTS
[a] To consider increasing the Allotment Rental for 2024 [previous charges attached].
[b] To review the current Regulations for the Leisure Gardens.
[c] To confirm details for the replacement water pipe for Francis Green Lane Allotment.
[d] To consider the date for allotment skips to be delivered.
9. GRASS CUTTING AND HORTICULTURAL CONTRACTS
[a] To note the three-year Contract for the above are due to expire on 31st March 2023.
[b] To consider if the Committee wish to extend the contracts for a further two years.
10. VICTORIAN FAYRE
[a] To receive the PA’s update on the above.
11. HOLIDAY PLAY SCHEME
[a] To receive the PA’s update on the above.
12. PENKRIDGE COMMUNITY MANAGED LIBRARY
[a] To receive the notes from the meeting with SCC. Library Volunteers on 14th September 2022.
[b] To note the Library Volunteers have drawn up a plan to change the front garden at the Library for a ‘Tolken Garden’ and the plans are going through SCC for consideration.
Burial Ground
13. MEMORIAL TREES/BENCHES
[a] To receive a reply from South Staffordshire Council regarding an item raised at the July meeting in relation to memorial trees and benches.
14. RULES AND REGULATIONS
[a] To review the Burial Ground Rules and Regulations
