3. MINUTES
To approve the minutes of the meeting of 25th October 2018 and to consider matters arising therefrom.
4. INCOME/EXPENDITURE
[a] To receive the Recreation and Amenities printouts for the year to date.
[b] To receive the Burial Ground printouts for the year to date.

5. GAILEY BUS SHELTER
[a] To receive and consider a wooden built shelter for the above at a basic cost of £805.
[b] If the above be approved to consider the optional extras of cladding/roof type.
6. PARKING BUDDIES
Further to the contents of PCSO Andy Poxon’s January Police report, to receive and consider the purchase of six Parking Buddies for the Village First Schools at a cost of £140.25 each and if approved the funding to be taken from the Community Development budget.
7. VILLAGE ROAD SWEEPER
[a] To note that South Staffordshire Council, Street Scene department, undertook the road sweeping of Druids Way and Saxon Road in December 2018.
[b] To consider if the Committee wish to have additional side roads swept on a regular basis by South Staffordshire Council at a cost of £29.00 per hour for the hire of the road sweeper and driver.

8. VICTORIAN FAYRE
To consider if the Village should have a traditional Victorian Fayre in Market Street and Crown Bridge.
9. LEISURE GARDENS
[a] To consider a question raised by a Parishioner
‘Would the Council allow a Parishioner to have a shed on an allotment if they had a disability’.
[b] To receive points raised from the Leisure Garden Questionnaire circulated with renewal notices.
10. BEST KEPT VILLAGE
To receive an email dated 14th January from the Community Foundation for Staffordshire with regard to the above.
Burial Ground
11. OUT OF AREA INTERMENTS
To consider if the Committee wish to continue with ‘outside the area interments’ in the Burial Ground.
12. MEMORIALS
To consider a Memorial Application for a raised book memorial.
