3. DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTEREST (DPI)

4. MINUTES
[a] To approve the minutes of the meeting of 24th October 2024 and to consider matters arising therefrom.
[b] To receive the Follow Up Sheet from October 2024.

5. INCOME/EXPENDITURE
[a] To note the Recreation and Amenities printouts for the year to date will be included on the February Full Council agenda.
[b] To note the Burial Ground printouts for the year to date will be included on the February Full Council agenda.

Recreation & Amenities

6. GRASS CUTTING AND HORTICULTURAL CONTRACTS
[a] To receive and consider quotations to undertake the above Contracts to commence on 1st April 2025.
To note the above will be considered by both the Haling Dene Management and Recreation and Amenities Committees as it covers both Committee budgets

 

7. SPEEDING ISSUES WITHIN PENKRIDGE
[a] To receive and consider a report from Cllr Poston with regard to the above.

8. POND FENCE
[a] To receive and consider if the Council will allow ponds on individual allotments.
[b] To consider and amend the Allotment Rules and Regulations.

9. DATE AND TIME OF NEXT MEETING
