4. MINUTES
[a] To approve the minutes of the meeting of 23rd January 2025 and to consider matters arising therefrom.
[b] To receive the Follow Up Sheet from January 2025.
5. INCOME/EXPENDITURE
[a] To receive the Recreation and Amenities printouts for the year to date.
[b] To receive the Burial Ground printouts for the year to date.
Recreation & Amenities
6. HIGHWAY LIAISON AND SPEEDING ISSUES WITHIN PENKRIDGE
[a] To receive a letter sent to Staffordshire County Council with regard to the items raised at the January meeting and to note a follow up email was sent on 17th March.
[b] To note the Footpaths along Otherton Brook still have 17 outstanding reports for defects including one trip hazard dating back to April 2022 [details of each item attached to agenda].
[c] To note that Cllr Lenz has advised the entire length of Filance Lane is littered with surface defects.
7. SPEED INDICATOR DEVICES
[a] To receive an up to date email from SCC Highways with regard to the column installation.
[b] To note the Speed Indicator Devices have been ordered.
8. ALLOTMENT POND
[a] To receive and consider additional wording for the Leisure Garden ‘s Rules to allow ponds on individual allotments.
[b] To receive and consider the Constitution of Penkridge Allotments and Leisure Garden Association.
[c] The PA to present the Terms of Reference for the Parish Council and Allotment Association at the 22nd May meeting.
9. VILLAGE MATTERS
[a] To note the land at the bottom of Kingfisher Walk is in the process of being purchased by residents.
[b] To receive a letter from Sir Gavin Williamson and attachments from St Michale’s Frist School with regard the installation of a recycle bin at Horsefair Play Area.
Burial Ground
9. POND FOOTPATH
[a] To note the PA is investigating options to repair the footpath around the Burial Ground Pond and will bring these to the May meeting for consideration.
