Check the site conditions – is the area clean and debris free
When loading the Marquee frame and cover onto the truck ensure the load is safe and not too heavy
Is the truck at the appropriate weight and loaded properly so it does not topple over
Are there sufficient bodes to assist with the heavy lifting – minimum number of persons to erect the Marquee is 2
Is the frame laid out in the required positions limiting the distance the materials have to be carried thus reducing manual handling?
Are all bodies erecting the Marque wearing the appropriate safety clothing?
