To note that no DPIs have been received.
4. MINUTES
[a] To approve the minutes of the meeting of 28th October 2021and to consider matters arising therefrom.
[b] To receive the Follow Up sheets from the October Haling Dene Management meeting.
5. INCOME/EXPENDITURE
[a] To receive the Haling Dene Management printouts for the year to date.
6. HALING DENE CENTRE
[a] To receive the HDC Monthly Inspection Report for January.
[b] To note TJB have bee requested to give a costing for a yearly Maintenance Inspection for the external of the building.
[c] To receive and consider a quotation to have aluminium dog signs placed in the grounds.
[d] To note the tenants in the Staff House have renewed their tenancy for a further two years.
7. BOUNDARY WALL
To receive an update on the above from the Chairman.
8. AFTERNOON TEA
[a] To note that there were 40 afternoon teas booked in 2021 and £38.00 profit and 16 people have so far been booked for 2022.
9. HALING DENE CENTRE BAR
[a] To not that Premier Pub Co have signed the Terms of Agreement to provide a Function Bar at the Centre for the coming 12 months until December 2022.
[b] To receive a list of functions Premier Pub Co are organising at the Haling Dene Centre.
10. QUEENS PLATINUM JUBILEE
[a] To receive the PA’s update on the above.
[b] Councillors to put their name forward against events on the attached sheet who will help during the two days of events.
11. DATE AND TIME OF NEXT MEETING
Thursday 24th March 2022 at 7.00 pm.
12. Local Government Act 1972 – Exclusion of Press and Public – to resolve that the Press and Public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items of business on the grounds that they are likely to involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined in the appropriate paragraph(s) Section 1[2] Public Bodies/Admission to meetings Act 1960.
