4. MINUTES
[a] To approve the minutes of the meeting of 25th May 2023 and to consider matters arising therefrom.
[b] To receive the Follow Up Sheet from the May meeting.
5. INCOME/EXPENDITURE
[a] To receive the Haling Dene Management printouts for the year to date.
[b] To receive the Functions/Bookings list for the year to date.
6 . HALING DENE CENTRE
[a] To receive and consider a quotation from Penkridge Electrical to have the light at the entrance of the
driveway removed and replaced at a cost of £335.
[b] To note the underground pipework from Room 2 to the drain has been cleared of tree roots by DynoRod.
[c] To receive and consider a quotation from Dyno-Rod to repair the collapsed drain at the corner of
Room 2 and a pipe from the main drain.
7. ONE YEAR PLAN
[a] To receive and consider the final arrangements for the Family Fun Day on 13th August.
[b] Councillors to put their names forward to help at the above event.
