- MINUTES
[a] To approve the minutes of the meeting of 22nd May 2025 and to consider matters arising therefrom.
[b] To receive the Follow Up Sheet from the May meeting.
- INCOME/EXPENDITURE
[a] To receive the Haling Dene Management printouts for the year to date.
[b] To receive the Functions/Bookings list for the year to date.
- VAN HIRE
[a] To receive and consider updated quotations/information for the above.
To note that this item to be considered by both the Haling Dene Management and Recreation and Amenities Committee members.
- HALING DENE CENTRE
[a] To receive and consider quotations to have new carpet, blinds and updated kitchen for the Haling Dene Centre [to follow].
[b] To note the PA has applied for a grant from Veolia to contribute towards the cost of the Haling Dene Centre upgrade.
[c] To receive the PA’s update with regard to the Christmas Nights Event.
