[a]    To note South Staffordshire Council Councillors Mrs Helen Adams, Sam Harper-Wallis and Victor Kelly declare a Non-Pecuniary Interest and will not speak or vote on Planning Applications.

To approve the minutes of the Planning Meeting of 12^th October 2023.

4. DECISIONS

[a]    To receive planning decisions to date.

[b]     To note an appeal has been submitted for planning application 22/00890/FUL The Nurseries Bungham Lane for demolition of identified former nursery/garden centre building and erection of single dwelling and associated works.

5. PLANNING ENFORCEMENT NOTIFICATIONS

[a]     To note here have been no Enforcement Cases for Penkridge received.

6. PLANNING APPLICATIONS

To consider submitted planning applications from the SSC:
