Resolved that the minutes be approved for the Planning meeting of 11th April 2019.
6222. MATTERS ARISING
There were no matters arising from the minutes.
6223. DECISIONS
[a] It was noted that no decisions had been received.
[b] A notification was received dated 2nd May from South Staffordshire Council advising that the Appeal by Lone Start Land Limited in relation to the Outline Planning Application for the erection of upto 80 dwellings with associated vehicular access for the land off Cherrybrook Drive [Plan App 18/00307/OUT] had been withdrawn.
[c] A letter was received dated 3rd May from the Planning Inspectorate advising that the appeal by Bloor Homes [App No 17/01022/OUT] for upto 200 dwellings together with an access roundabout on Stafford Road with public open space, landscaping and associated infrastructure had been allowed.

It was noted that no SSC Enforcement Case Notifications had been received for Penkridge.

Alleged Byway Open to All Traffic Along Gravelly Way, Penkridge.
A letter was received dated 9th April from the SCC Director of Corporate Services which advised that an Order had been approved to add the above byway open to all traffic on the Definitive Map of Pubic Rights of Way,
