[a] To elect the Chairman of the Recreation and Amenities and Burial Ground Committee
[b] To elect the Vice Chairman of the Recreation and Amenities and Burial Ground Committee.
3. DECLARATION OF INTEREST

5. MINUTES
[a] To approve the minutes of the meeting of 17th March 2022 and to consider matters arising therefrom.
[b] To approve the minutes of the additional meeting of 21st April 2022 and to consider matters arising therefrom.
[c] To receive the Follow Up Sheets from the January and March meeting.
6. INCOME/EXPENDITURE
[a] To note that the Recreation and Amenities printouts for the year to date will be included on the June Full Council agenda.
[b] To note that the Burial Ground printouts for the year to date will be included on the June Full Council agenda.

7. ALLOTMENTS
[a] To decide when the upgrade to the tap in the Francis Green Allotments will be undertaken.
8. PLAY AREAS
[a] To note that at the 21st April additional meeting consideration was given to Invited Tenders for the refurbishment of the Horsefair Play Area. Councillors chose the tender from Kompan, in principle, to provide the additional equipment at a cost of £85,435 and subject to the additional funding being reached.
[b] Following questions raised at the above meeting with regard to the cost of securing the site and amendments to the plan, please see emails dated 3rd May and 25th April with the company’s response.
[c] To note the required additional information has been supplied to both Veolia and the Lottery Funding for consideration at the first round.
[d] To note the Play Area Inspections for 2022 are to be undertaken by Morral Play Services during July.
[e] To receive the PA’s update on Heron Play Area.
[f] To receive and consider a quotation from Paul Woodall to have the double gate repaired.
9. MINDFUL BENCH
[a] To note the mindful bench has been installed and painted.
[b] To receive the PA’s update on the above.
10. PENKRIDGE COMMUNITY MANAGED LIBRARY
[a] To receive the notes from the meetings with SCC. Library Volunteers and the PA on 16th March and 18th May 2022.
Burial Ground
11. MEMORIAL BENCH/TREES
[a] To consider an email dated 15th March from a Parishioner requesting to have a memorial bench placed in the Burial Ground.
[b] To consider an email dated 12th May from a Parishioner requesting to have a memorial tree planted in the Burial Ground.
[c] To consider the PA’s recommendation to have a Memorial Tree planted in the Burial Ground in memory of Cllr Mrs Isabel Ford.
