4 .     MINUTES

[a]    To approve the minutes of the meeting of 25th May 2023 and to consider matters arising therefrom.

[b]    To receive the Follow Up Sheets from the May meeting.

 

  1. INCOME/EXPENDITURE

[a]     To receive the Recreation and Amenities printouts for the year to date.

[b]     To receive the Burial Ground printouts for the year to date.

 

Recreation & Amenities

 

  1. PENKRIDGE COMMUNITY MANAGED LIBRARY

[a]     To receive the Penkridge Community Library Volunteers Meeting minutes from their meetings of 10th May and 12th July.

 

  1. PLAY AREAS

[a]     To receive the PA’s update on Heron Play Area.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. WILDLIFE CAMERAS

[a]     To note there have been no issues found on the above.

[b]     To note the camera in the Haling Dene Grounds has been removed/stolen.

[c]     To consider alternative locations for the camera currently in the Burial Ground

[d]     To consider purchasing an additional camera.

 

  1. SPEED INDICATOR DEVICE

[a]     To receive and consider the PAs report with regard to the grant application for the above and costing for a new unit.

 

  1. ALLOTMENTS

[a]     To receive and approve the updates to the Allotment Rules and Regulations.

[b]     To receive the allotment holder uncultivated letters sent out following inspections.

[c]     To note the boundary hedge to the Wolgarston Way allotments will be cut back following the nesting season.

[d]     To consider what work is required for the tap extension at Francis Green Lane allotments to bring it up to the correct specification.

 

 

Burial Ground

 

  1. BURIAL GROUND FENCE

To receive the PA’s update on the above.

 

  1. GRASS CUTTING

To consider the frequency of cuts and the possibility of rewilding with meadow flowers.
