[a]    Members of the Council and Public in attendance to declare if they are video/audio recording the meeting.

4       DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTEREST (DPI)

 

  1. MINUTES

[a]    To approve the minutes of the meeting of 22nd May 2025 and to consider matters arising therefrom.

[b]    To receive the Follow Up Sheet from the May meeting.

[c]     To receive Follow Up sheets from previous meetings.

 

  1. INCOME/EXPENDITURE

[a]     To receive the Recreation and Amenities printouts for the year to date.

[b]     To receive the Burial Ground printouts for the year to date.

 

Recreation & Amenities

 

  1. ALLOTMENTS

[a]     To receive an update from the Chairman of the Penkridge Allotment and Leisure Garden Association following the bi-monthly maintenance checks of individual plots.

 

  1. HIGHWAY MATTERS

[a]     To receive an update from Staffordshire County Councillor Craig Humphreyson following the items raised at the May meeting.

[b]     To receive the PA’s progress report for the Speed Indicator Devices.

[c]     To consider re-locating the Stone Planters outside TFM after the Summer bedding season.

 

  1. PLAY AREAS

[a]     To note the Play Area inspections will be undertaken July/August.

[b]     To receive a sample of the Play Area Inspection sheets undertaken by our Handyman on a weekly basis.

[c]     To consider if the hedges/bushes that surround some Play Areas require to be cut back.

 

  1. VILLAGE TOILETS

[a]     To note the Village Toilets have a problem with the drainage of water from the men’s urinal and a Contractor is schedule quote for the repair.

 

Burial Ground

 

  1. BURIAL GROUND INSPECTIONS

[a]     To note the Father’s Day floral tributes will removed week commencing 28th July.
