Central government has asked every council in the country to develop a plan to create a new bigger council delivering all council services in that area – known as Local Government Reorganisation.
In Staffordshire you’re supported by South Staffordshire Council and Staffordshire County Council. The central government’s plan means you’ll have one council, delivering all services across a larger area – aiming to make it easier for you to access the services you need.
