11. OUTSIDE GROUPS WITH PC REPRESENTATION
[a] To receive the Penkridge Peace Memorial Hall meeting minutes dated 18th January 2022.
[b] WMI Project Liaison Group [CLG] Meeting Notes of 16th March 2022.
[c] WMI Project Liaison Group [PLG] Meeting Notes of 17th March 2022.
[d] Penkridge Sports and Recreation Centre [Monckton] Meeting of 21st February 2022.
[e] To note the Penkridge Sports and Recreation Centre [Monckton] AGM Meeting will be held on Monday 16th May at 7.30 pm in the main hall and all Councillors are invited.
12. ACCOUNTS
[a] To note the accounts for payment and the expenditure summary printouts for the month of March 2022 will be included on May 2022 Agenda due to end of year close down.
[b] To note that the Internal Audit for year end will be undertaken week commencing 2nd May.
[c] To approve reinvesting the Council’s Bond with Nationwide for a further 12 months.
[d] To note the National Joint Council for Local Government Services have agreed a pay increase of 1.75% to commence 1st April 2021 and the increase and back dated pay was made in March 2022.
13. SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE COUNCIL
[a] To receive a copy of the slide presentation following the South Staffordshire Council Code of Conduct training.
14. SCHEDULE 12A OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT PART I
To receive the above which details items which can be included in Part II Private Session of Parish Council meetings.
15. NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN
[a] To receive the Chairman’s update on the above.
[b] To consider the next stage of the above and inviting applicants to form a Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group.
[c] To appoint two members of the Parish Council to the Steering Group.
16. GRASS VERGE OFF A449
To receive and consider an email from a resident, who attended Public Participation, with regard to vehicles parking on the grass verge off the A449.
17. DATE AND TIME OF NEXT MEETING
Thursday 12th May 2022 at 7.30 pm.
18. Local Government Act 1972 – Exclusion of Press and Public – to resolve that the Press and Public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items of business on the grounds that they are likely to involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined in the appropriate paragraph(s) Section 1[2] Public Bodies/Admission to meetings Act 1960.

Standing Orders – Public Participation
7.3
[a] For a period of no longer than 15 minutes at the commencement of the meeting to receive comments from the general public present at the meeting, concerning relevant items or business of the Council. No person may speak for more than 2 minutes at the discretion of the Chairman.

33.5 The public are permitted to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item.
33.6 The period of time which is designated for public participation in accordance with standing order above shall not exceed 15 minutes.
33.7 Each member of the public is entitled to speak once only in respect of business itemised on the agenda.
33.8 A question asked by a member of the public during a public participation session at a meeting shall not require a response or debate.
