To note that no DPIs have been received.
4. MINUTES
[a] To approve the minutes of the meeting of 27th January 2022 and to consider matters arising therefrom.
[b] To receive the Follow Up sheets from the January Haling Dene Management meeting.
5. INCOME/EXPENDITURE
[a] To receive the Haling Dene Management printouts for the year to date.
6. HALING DENE CENTRE
[a] To receive the HDC Monthly Inspection Report for March.
[b] To receive the Satisfactory Fire Safety Audit undertaken on 4th February.
[c] To consider the options for the Parish Council’s Van when the lease expires in May 2022.
7. AFTERNOON TEA
[a] To note the above event is proving very successful and dates have now been extended upto May.
8. QUEEN’S PLATINUM JUBILEE
[a] To receive the PA’s update on the above.
[b] Councillors to put their name forward against events on the attached sheet who will help during the two days of events and to note Councillors are invited to help at least two sections.
[c] Councillors to advise who will be in attendance at the Tree Planting on Thursday 2nd June at 11.00 am so arrangements can be made.
[d] To receive and consider a letter from the Royal British Legion requesting to plant a tree in the Festival Gardens to mark the above.
9. HALING DENE CENTRE BAR
[a] To note that Premier Pub Co held a Food Festival on 3rd March which proved very successful and have booked the event for 7th April and 5th May between the hours of 4.00 pm and 9.00 pm.
[b] A Wedding Fayre will be held at the Haling Dene Centre on Sunday 24th April.
10. DATE AND TIME OF NEXT MEETING
Thursday 26th May 2022 at 8.30 pm.
11. Local Government Act 1972 – Exclusion of Press and Public – to resolve that the Press and Public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items of business on the grounds that they are likely to involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined in the appropriate paragraph(s) Section 1[2] Public Bodies/Admission to meetings Act 1960.
