[a] To approve the minutes of the meeting of 25th January 2024 and to consider matters arising
therefrom.
[b] To receive the Follow Up Sheets from the January meeting.
5. INCOME/EXPENDITURE
[a] To receive the Haling Dene Management printouts for the year to date.
6. HALING DENE CENTRE
[a] To receive the Function list for 2024 to date.
[b] To receive a verbal update from the PA following the enquiry to A1 BarStuff and their site visit for a
Flash Cooker for the bar.
[c] To receive and consider a quotation from Penkridge Electrical to replace the lighting in the Brownies
rooms at a cost of £760.00.
[d] To receive an email dated 30th January following a Crime Prevention Survey at the HD Centre.
[e] To note His Majesty The Kings Official Portrait has been ordered for the Centre.
[f] To consider purchasing a D-Day 80 Flag to mark the 80 year anniversary of the D-Day landing to be
flown from 9.00 am on 6th June for one week. The cost of the flag is £28.80 including VAT and 5’ x 3’.

[a] To receive and consider the above following the Working Group meeting of 31st January.
