Apologies were received from Cllrs andrew Adams and Miss Luana Bills.
- DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
[a] It was noted that South Staffordshire Council Councillors Mrs Helen Adams, Sam Harper-Wallis and Victor Kelly declared a Non-Pecuniary Interest and would not speak or vote on Planning Applications.
- MINUTES
Resolved that the minutes be approved for:
[a] Planning meeting of 14th March 2024.
- MATTERS ARISING
There were no Matters Arising from the minutes.
- DECISIONS
[a] The decisions received were noted.
[b] An Appeal Decision was received for application 22/00890/FUL for the demolition of identified former nursery/garden centre buildings and erection of single dwelling and associated works and it was noted the appeal was dismissed.
[c] An application decision for treeworks at the Haling Dene Centre.

[a] It was noted no Enforcement Cases for Penkridge had been received.
