April 2024 at 7.00 pm in Room 1 at the Haling Dene Centre.

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
[a] To note South Staffordshire Council Councillors Mrs Helen Adams, Sam Harper-Wallis and Victor Kelly
declare a Non-Pecuniary Interest and will not speak or vote on Planning Applications.
3. MINUTES
To approve the minutes of the Planning Meeting of 14th March 2024.
4. DECISIONS
[a] To receive planning decisions to date.
[b] To receive an Appeal Decision for application 22/00890/FUL for the demolition of identified former
nursery/garden centre buildings and erection of single dwelling and associated works and to note the
appeal was dismissed.
[c] To receive an application decision for treeworks at the Haling Dene Centre.
5. PLANNING ENFORCEMENT NOTIFICATIONS
[a] To note here have been no Enforcement Cases for Penkridge received.
