6531. APOLOGIES
Apologies were received from Cllrs Mrs Petula Hughes, Sam Harper-Wallis and Alan Smallwood.
6532. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
[a] It was noted that South Staffordshire Council Councillors Mrs Helen Adams, Sam Harper-Wallis and Victor Kelly declared a Non-Pecuniary Interest and would not speak or vote on Planning Applications.
[b] Councillors Mrs Helen Adams, Andrew Adams, Andrew Lenz and Anthony Minshall declared an interest in agenda item 6 Planning Application 23/00818/FUL Monckton Recreation Centre.
6533. MINUTES
Resolved that the minutes be approved for:
[a] Planning meeting of 14th September 2023.
6534. MATTERS ARISING
There were no Matters Arising from the minutes.
6535. DECISIONS
[a] The decisions received were noted.
[b] An Appeal Decision was received for 64 Croydon Drive, plan app ref 22/00948/COU, for change of use to Council owned land from open land to domestic garden on purchase of the land, and it was noted the appeal had been dismissed.
[c] An Appeal Notice was received for Bridleway Barn, Mere Lane, app ref 22/01087/FUL, for proposed new entrance at southern end of dwelling, single storey kitchen extension and two storey rear extension.

[a] It was noted no Enforcement Cases for Penkridge had been received.
