Apologies were received from Cllrs Mrs Helen Adams, Miss Luana Bills and Sam Harper-Wallis.
6548. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
[a] It was noted that South Staffordshire Council Councillors Mrs Helen Adams, Sam Harper-Wallis and Victor
Kelly declared a Non-Pecuniary Interest and would not speak or vote on Planning Applications.

Resolved that the minutes be approved for:
[a] Planning meeting of 9th November 2023.

There were no Matters Arising from the minutes.

6554. SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE COUNCIL
The draft submission was received and considered for planning application 23/00851/FULMEI for Land
East of A449 – erection of 135 dwellings with associated access, drainage, green and blue infrastructure
[including public open space, planting, landscaping and part of a Riverside Community Park] ground
remodelling and ancillary infrastructure.
Resolved that additional points be include with regard to the installation of solar panels and heat
exchange pumps to the new properties and the increase of public transport.
