To approve the minutes of the meeting of 5th September 2019 and to consider matters arising therefrom.
5. INCOME/EXPENDITURE
[a] To receive the Recreation and Amenities printouts for the year to date.
[b] To receive the Burial Ground printouts for the year to date.
6. COMMITTEE BUDGET 2020/2021

[a] To consider any items of improvements/projects the Committee wish to put forward for consideration to the October F & R meeting.

7. ALLOTMENTS
[a] To consider increasing the Allotment Rental for 2020 [previous charges attached].

8. VILLAGE MAINTENANCE
[a] To consider giving the two corners of A449/Boscomoor Lane and A449/Bungham Lane back to Staffordshire County Council in April 2020 when the new Maintenance Contracts commence.
[b] To consider if the Council wish to provide Hanging Baskets for the Village for 2020.
[c] If the above be agreed to consider the cost of the hanging baskets for 2020.
[d] To consider if the Committee wish to request any additional road sweeping and if so what budget the additional expenditure will come from.
[e] To consider if the Committee wish to have any additional areas weed sprayed and if so what budget the additional expenditure will come from.
[f] To note this year is the final year for the Skatepark Lease with the Monckton Recreation Centre.
[g] To consider handing the Skatepark to the Monckton.
9. CHRISTMAS LIGHTING
[a] To note that the PA has spoken with South Staffordshire Council with regard to grants for the additional cost of the above and they do not give Parish Council’s grants towards the expenditure.
[b] To note that local Parish Councils do not supply the Christmas Lighting it is local Parish Organisations.
[c] To consider what budget the additional cost of £3,500 will be vired from for this year’s lighting.
10. TRADITONAL VICTORIAN FAYRE
To receive the PA’s update on the above.

11. TABLE OF FEES
[a] To note the Grave Digger is not increasing his fees for 2020/2021.
[b] To consider if the Committee wish to increase the table of fees for the coming financial year to commence April 2020.
