To note that no DPIs have been received.
4. MINUTES
[a] To approve the minutes of the meeting of 28th October 2021 and to consider matters arising therefrom.
[b] To receive the Follow Up sheets from the October Recreation and Amenities meeting.
5. INCOME/EXPENDITURE
[a] To receive the Recreation and Amenities printouts for the year to date.
[b] To receive the Burial Ground printouts for the year to date.

6. VILLAGE MAINTENANCE /MATTERS
[a] To receive and consider the attached Open Space Scheme form from South Staffordshire Council.
[b] To receive and consider an updated email from a resident with regard having a Mindful Bench in the Village.
[c] To consider new locations within the Village for the three planters by The Star Public House.
7. PLAY AREAS
[a] To receive the PA’s update with regard to Heron Play Area.
[b] To receive and consider two options for the upgrade of the Horsefair Play Area.
[c] To note the repairs to the Horsefair railings was undertaken in November by Paul Woodall at a cost of £440.
[d] To receive and consider quotation from M Bissell Trees and Hedges to cut the rear hedge, to follow.

8. TRADITONAL VICTORIAN FAYRE
[a] To consider if the Committee wish to hold the above in 2022.
[b] If the above be agreed to consider setting a Friday date in December.
9. CHRISTMAS LIGHTING
[a] To note the Parish Council were successful in obtaining £5,000 from the SSC High Steet Fund Grant towards the cost of the 2021Christmas Lights.
[b] To receive and consider if the Committee wish to replace the four feet Christmas Trees in Market Street due to wear and tear of the original trees.
10. 20 PLENTY
[a] To consider the contents of the presentation and how the Committee wish to take this forward.
[b] To receive and consider the contents of the SCC and SSC emails with regard to SID and Flashing Speed signs.
11. ALLOTMENTS
[a] To receive and consider a quotation to have the Francis Green Lane allotment tap extension upgraded to meet the regulations.
12. PENKRIDGE COMMUNITY MANAGED LIBRARY
[a] To receive the Notes from the Volunteers meetings of 17th November 2021 and 19th January 2022.
[b] To note that following a site visit SCC are to undertake the external works required to the Cells.
[c] To receive and consider a quotation from TJB to under works to the internal parts of the Cells, to follow
[d] To note that the Parish Council have received monies from SCC for issue of LFT test kits through the Library and this money is to be used within the Library.
[e] To consider using the above monies towards the cost of the internal works to the Cells.
13. Local Government Act 1972 – Exclusion of Press and Public – to resolve that the Press and Public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items of business on the grounds that they are likely to involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined in the appropriate paragraph(s) Section 1[2] Public Bodies/Admission to meetings Act 1960.
