3 DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTEREST (DPI)
4. MINUTES
[a] To approve the minutes of the meeting of 25th January 2024 and to consider matters arising
therefrom.
[b] To receive the Follow Up Sheets from the January meeting.
5. INCOME/EXPENDITURE
[a] To receive the Recreation and Amenities printouts for the year to date.
[b] To receive the Burial Ground printouts for the year to date.

7. PLAY AREAS
[a] To receive and consider quotation received for Outdoor Gym equipment for the Horsefair
Play Area and to note the majority of the spend will be provided via S106 funding from South
Staffordshire Council.
[b] To note that Heron Play Area upgrade has commenced but delayed due to the considerable
amount of water contained on the land.

8. HIGHWAY LIAISON
[a] To receive Cllr Lenz’s update following his survey of Haling Road.
9 SPEED INDICATOR DEVICES
[a] To receive details of the procedure for the above and a quotation from ElanCity for the cost
of a Speed Indicator Device. The documents are for information only and this will be an item
on the May agenda for Councillors to discuss in detail.
10. WMI PROJECT COMMUNITY FUND
[a] To receive and consider a suggested project application for the Gailey Ward.
11. DATE AND TIME OF NEXT MEETING
Thursday 23rd May 2024 at 7.00 pm.
12. Local Government Act 1972 – Exclusion of Press and Public – to resolve that the Press and
Public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items of business
on the grounds that they are likely to involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined
in the appropriate paragraph(s) Section 1[2] Public Bodies/Admission to meetings Act 1960.
