[a] To receive planning decisions to date.
[b] To receive and consider an Appeal Notice for Land South of New Acre Stables Wolverhampton Road,
for the stationing of a Caravan for Residential Use Purposes and to note the closing date for additional
comments is 22nd March 2024.
5. PLANNING ENFORCEMENT NOTIFICATIONS
[a] To note here have been no Enforcement Cases for Penkridge received.
