[a] To approve the minutes of the Planning Meeting of 13th April 2023.

[a] To receive planning decisions to date.
[b] To receive an Appeal Decision for the land at Shanrye Stables, Micklewood Lane for the development
of a horse rehabilitation centre and provision of park home for three years temporary period [Ref
21/01325/FUL] and to note the Appeal has been dismissed.
[c] To receive and email dated 11th May from SCC advising of the decision for t he Public Footpath –
Stretton to Highway East.

behalf of Bloor Homes and St Phillips for land north of Penkridge.
