at 7.00 pm at the Haling Dene Centre

There were no Declarations of Interest.

 

  1. MINUTES

Resolved that the minutes be approved for:

[a]    Planning meeting of 13th April 2023.

 

  1. MATTERS ARISING

There were no Matters Arising from the minutes.

 

  1. DECISIONS

[a]    The decisions received were noted.

[b]    An Appeal Decision was received for the land at Shanrye Stables, Micklewood Lane for the development of a horse rehabilitation centre and provision of park home for three years temporary period [Ref 21/01325/FUL] and it was noted the Appeal had been dismissed.

[c]     An email was received dated 11th May from SCC advising of the decision for the Public Footpath – Stretton to Highway East.

[a]     It was noted there were no Planning Enforcement Notifications received.

[a]     An email was received dated 27th April from Renewable Connections Developments Limited giving information of a proposed solar farm at Four Ashes.

[b]     An email was received dated 5th May from Sulis Public Affairs who advised of their proposed consultation on behalf of Bloor Homes and St Phillips for land north of Penkridge.
