4. MINUTES
[a] To approve the minutes of the meeting of 27th October July 2022 and to consider matters arising therefrom.
[b] To receive the Follow Up Sheets from the October meeting.
5. INCOME/EXPENDITURE
[a] To receive the Recreation and Amenities printouts for the year to date.
[b] To receive the Burial Ground printouts for the year to date.

6. PLAY AREAS
[a] To receive an update from the PA on Heron Play Area
7. ALLOTMENTS
[a] To note the two skips will be delivered to the allotment sites on Saturday 4th March.
[b] To consider a request from an Allotment holder to hold bi-annual meetings with members of both sites.
[c] To consider attaching wire mesh to the inside of the Francis Green Allotment entrance gate.
[d] To consider replacing the Francis Green Lane entrance gate combination lock.
[e] To note Cllr Lenz will dig test holes to ascertain the depth/direction of the buried hose pipe.

8. HORTICULTURAL CONTRACT
[a] To receive and consider Tenders for the Horticultural Contract 2023-2026.
9. VICTORIAN FAYRE
[a] To receive the PA’s update on the above.
10. VILLAGE PARK
[a] Councillors requested that this item be on the January agenda.
11. PENKRIDGE COMMUNITY MANAGED LIBRARY
[a] To receive the notes from the meeting with SCC. Library Volunteers on 16th November 2022.
