To approve the minutes of the meeting of 24th January 2019 and to consider matters arising therefrom.
4. INCOME/EXPENDITURE
[a] To receive the Recreation and Amenities printouts for the year to date.
[b] To receive the Burial Ground printouts for the year to date.

5. BURIAL GROUND DOCUMENTATION
[a] To receive an email dated 26th February from a Parishioner with regard to the above.
[b] To receive and consider the suggested amendments to the Council’s Rules and Regulations and Information About Graves documents [amendments underlined].
Recreation & Amenities
6. GAILEY BUS SHELTER
[a] To receive and consider a quotation for a wooden built Bus Shelter similar to those at Haughton at a cost of approximately £5,000.
7. VICTORIAN FAYRE
[a] To note that there have been 16 replies from Shop Owners/Tenants to be involved in the traditional Victorian Fayre in Market Street and Crown Bridge.
[b] To consider if the Committee wish to undertake the above and if so how they propose to take this forward.

8. PLAY AREA RoSPA INSPECTIONS
[a] To note that the above will be carried out in July 2019.
[b] Following a Parishioner’s query for access to the Horsefair Play Area for someone with a disability the Inspector will also undertake a Disability Access Audit for the Play Areas.
9. CHRISTMAS LIGHTING
[a] To receive and consider two quotations for the above.
[b] If one of the above quotations is accepted to consider:
[i] Where the motifs etc are to be stored
[ii] Where the additional expenditure is to be paid from.
10. A449 HEDGE WORKS
To receive and consider an email dated 14th March from SCC Cllr David Williams with regard to the above.
